THANK YOU for an AMAZING retreat! Even after the event, several weeks later, I am still reeling from the incredible time we had. The experience was truly transforming. Our leadership training with Don was a wonderful lead-in to our company pow-wow around the fire -- 5 hours of truly invigorating, productive and creative conversation with our staff on how to improve our working relationships, generation of ideas for the new year, formulating new product ideas & bonding as "a tribe". In fact, we are implementing these ideas now & will have new product out in 2010 -- thanks to The Cowboy Solution.
The retreat lit a fire under us!
From the moment we turned into the ranch, the event was a success. Arriving to the wonderful scene of land, sky, horses and gardens, the mood was set & we could feel the pressures of work melt away. Honestly, if we had done nothing more than sway in the hammock by day and listen to the coyotes cry by night, it would have been a successful retreat for our company. Imagine! A full 24 hours away from phones and requests. We stayed up until 2AM that night around the campfire, under a full moon - sharing ideas, lots of laughs and testing the limits of our imaginations. All this, a mere 45 minutes drive North from downtown Houston!
Having you handle the delicious meals (lunch, dinner & breakfast) was wonderful.
After a wonderfully restful night "in the barn" we awoke to coffee, juice & a cowboy breakfast. Our final tour de force was riding the beautiful horses (who taught us so much the day before) through the forest.
THANK YOU THANK YOU for an amazing retreat. We learned so much and really just relaxed - enabling us to come up with some pretty phenomenal business ideas that will, no doubt, grow our business. There's something to be said for a "Barn and Breakfast" retreat.
We have and will continue to recommend The Cowboy Solution to our clients and colleagues. We are true believers and really appreciate the inspiring program that you brought to our company. The program, meals, customer service, recreation and idyllic setting came together for one incredible experience that is still resonating with all of us at Zenfilm.

Debra & Don, One very positive point of our visit at your ranch was really a very personal warm feeling! And the quality of your workshop about leadership was very impressive. You see, it is not always the location that scores - for us a meeting planners and incentive planners the most important point is the behavior of the people that we are going to meet there.
