Personal Leadership & Coaching

• Time Requirement:  Full day (8-hours)
• Target Audience:  Corporate leaders at all levels, high potential employees, newly promoted or new leadership hires, team leaders and managers who desire more intensive training.
• Purpose: Partnered with a horse, participants learn how to use specific tools to build partnerships based on trust and respect and how to use them to be more efficient and effective leaders.  Time will be spent defining a personal leadership philosophy, discovering the tools that put that philosophy into action, and specific ways to apply the philosophy and tools in the work environment.
• Group Size: 1-10 Groups are kept small to offer more individualized instruction.
• When: Seminars can be held on any day of the week.
• Where:  While the seminars can be held at numerous facilities they are normally held at our facility north of Montgomery, TX.
