Dr. Don Hutson
With over 40 years of experience in education and business Dr. Hutson has worked with thousands of corporate leaders and educators in Texas, Colorado and Canada with great success. Dr. Hutson is the founder of The Cowboy Solution; an equine assisted educational and corporate leadership training program. This innovative program is based on the research of Roland Barth, Mike Schmoker, Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard and others, which shows that building strong partnerships is the first key towards success.
T. J. Griffith
T. J. Griffith has 38 years international experience in the field of management consulting and education. As Chief Executive Officer of T J GRIFFITH INTERNATIONAL, she teaches a full curriculum of management and leadership skills throughout the world. She has served as consultant and faculty member to the following management education organizations, having trained over 100,000 managers and support staff worldwide:

Her training has been recognized in the Wall Street Journal; she regularly serves as keynote speaker at conferences around the world, and was interviewed on WOR-TV in New York addressing current trends in management. T. J. holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Sciences.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event are subject to a full refund, of refundable fees ($115 deducted from refund for cost of materials and questionnaire). Cancellations received 14-29 days prior are subject to a 50% refund of refundable fees. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 13 days prior to the event. Companies may substitute attendees any time up to one day prior to the seminar, in the event that schedule conflicts arise (and provided substituted attendee completes online pre-workshop questionnaire).
